SANDPOINT POLICE
May 23
An officer was unable to locate a reported unlicensed driver in the area of Schweitzer Cutoff and N. Boyer roads at 8:05 a.m.
An officer checked a residence in the 300 block at the request of another agency at 10:58 a.m. and advised the female had not lived there for a year.
A bomb threat was reported in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 12:21 p.m.; nothing was found.
A two-vehicle, non-injury collision occurred in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue at 1:31 p.m.
Officers were unable to locate an aggressive dog in the area of the 600 block of Ella Avenue at 2:06 p.m.
A case of indecent exposure was reported at an unspecified location; the suspect fled before officers arrived at 2:38 p.m.
A mailbox was taken from the 800 block of Ella Avenue at 2:50 p.m.
A vehicle backed into another vehicle in a parking lot in the 1000 block of Ridley Village Road at 4:34 p.m. without notifying the vehicle owner.
A disorderly male in the 500 block of Third Avenue was given a courtesy transport to his residence at 5:43 p.m.
An officer contacted a male transient in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:14 p.m. and advised he was not a danger to himself, he just wanted to get out of the rain.
A citizen in the 1500 block of Pine Street requested at 8:21 p.m. that a male be trespassed from her residence when he is located.
A Sandpoint officer assisted the county on a possible family offense call on Third Avenue at 9:50 p.m.
Jeffrey Jernigan 36, of Brentwood, Calif., was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence in the 500 block of Third Avenue at 9:50 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Lake Street at 9:57 p.m.
After a physical altercation occurred in the 600 block of Division Avenue at 10:54 p.m., an officer advised the report will be forwarded to the PA for possible charges.

May 23
An officer assisted Sandpoint Police in the 1600 block of Spruce Street at 12:21 p.m.
An officer received a report of a two-vehicle, non-injury crash in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 12:46 p.m.
An officer received a fraud report in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 12:48 p.m.
Sunny W/B Berlin, 21, of Invline Village Nev. was arrested on Highway 95 at 1:51 p.m. on charges of possession with the intent to deliver marijuana, and possession with the intent to deliver cocaine; and Banyan A. Claussen, 20, of Incline Village Nev. was arrested on charges of possession with the intent to deliver marijuana and possession with the intent to deliver cocaine at the same time and location.
An officer responded to a theft report in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 6:48 p.m.
