Metaphysics talk being held today

SANDPOINT — A free talk is being held today on the fundamentals of metaphysics at the Gardenia Center, 400 Church St., across from the Sandpoint post office. The talk is being given by Mark Reiner.

Metaphysics is simply not understood by the general public as evidenced by such statements as, “the people of the Gardenia Center worship crystals,” Reiner said. “Metaphysics is not a religion, but a way of perceiving reality. Thus, like Buddhism, it is a way of life.”

The presentation will form the foundation of future talks.

The lecture will cover some of the problems we all face when overcoming our own interla conflicts. Proven scientific facts will be utilized to illustrate how metaphysics can be a useful tool to every person in his or her daily life, and will ultimately elevate all humanity.

The lecture by Reiner is being offered free of charge, but a donation box will be available with all proceds going to the Gardenia Center’s community service projects.
