Staci Spence, 44, was charged with animal abandonment in the 3000 block of Colburn Culver Road at 8:07 a.m.

A deputy responded to a hit-and-run collision in the 100 block of Schweitzer Mountain Road at 8:11 a.m.

An animal problem on Highway 57 at Priest Lake was reported at 8:20 a.m.

A deputy conducted a citizen assist in the pre-100 block of Bella Circle in Sagle at 10:04 a.m.

Carroll Mackay, 59, of Sandpoint, was arrested for battery in the 800 block of Ponderosa Road in Sagle at 10:13 a.m.

Deputies responded to a trespassing report on Ponderosa Road in Sagle at 10:15 a.m.

A misdemeanor arrested was conducted on Scotch Road in Bayview at 11:26 a.m. Authorities withheld the subject’s name. A deputy conducted follow-up on a previous call on North Boyer Road at 11:47 a.m.

A deputy was asked to take an informational report from Aspen Lane in Heron, Mont., at 12:08 p.m.

An animal problem in the 600 block of North Main in Clark Fork was reported at 12:15 p.m.

Richard Borja, 25, of Hope, was arrested on three outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrants on East David Thompson Road in Hope at 8:28 p.m. He was also wanted on a fugitive warrant out of South Dakota.

Deputies conducted follow-up on a previous call in the 600 block of Silver Birch Lane in Oldtown at 9:19 p.m.

Deputies responded to a burglary report in the 300 block of East Third in Oldtown at 10:49 p.m.

A deputy responded to a 911 hang-up on Fast Lane in Cocolalla at 10:53 p.m.

Deputies responded to a battery report in the 17,000 block of U.S. 2 in Sandpoint at 12:19 a.m.

Reckless driving on U.S. 2 in Priest River was reported at 1:17 a.m.

Deputies responded to a battery report in the 38,000 block of Highway 41 in Oldtown at 1:44 a.m.

Deputies conducted an agency assist in the 200 block of East Lincoln in Priest River at 2:26 a.m.

A 911 hang-up on Bottle Bay Road was reported at 5:07 a.m.
