Information regarding a subject with a warrant was relayed to law enforcement on N. Third Avenue at 9:06 a.m.

A runaway juvenile was reported on N. Lake Street at 9:13 a.m.

A 911 misdial was reported on Forsythia Avenue at 9:30 a.m.

An officer advised a subject was fine after a welfare check request in the 1000 block of Church Street at 12:41 p.m.

Report of a suspicious male attempting to hitchhike in the 100 block of First Avenue at 2 p.m.

Anthony S. Deane, 28, of Sandpoint was arrested on a charge of second offense driving without privileges in the area of N. Third Avenue and Cedar Street at 2:34 p.m.

After a report of vehicle broken down in southbound lane of Highway 95 and posing a traffic hazard at 2:37 p.m., it was gone upon an officer’s arrival.

Jon-Kelly Bothwell, 37, of Sandpoint was arrested on a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant in the Hickory Glen Avenue area at 3:01 p.m.

A welfare check was requested on Samuelson Avenue at 4:01 p.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the parking lot of the Federal Building on Highway 2 at 4:19 p.m.

Report of harassment at 5:29 p.m. after Kiril Johnson of Minnesota was kicked out of a business in the 200 block of First Avenue after becoming angry because no one would pay for him to get a haircut.

A found wallet was returned to its owner in the Bridge Street area at 7:09 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a possible drunken driver in the 800 block of N. Fifth Avenue after a report at 7:18 p.m.

After a report of a traffic hazard near the southbound ramp on Highway 95, a gas tank was removed from the middle of the roadway at 7:18 p.m.

Nov. 2

Suspicious circumstances were reported on Highway 200 at 5:25 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of information on Hickory Glen Avenue at 3:43 p.m.

Officers located two runaway juveniles in the 476900 block of Highway 95 and returned them to their parents at 3:54 p.m.
