—Courtesy photo Former Sandpoint High School goalie Kyle Hertel capped a stellar freshman season at Webster University by earning a spot on the 2016 St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference All-Conference first team. Hertel was 4-3 as a starter in conference play, with a tiny 1.01 goals against average in seven games. He recorded two shutouts and made 23 saves for a .767 save percentage on the season.
