Gibson named to Mt. West board

SANDPOINT — D.A. Davidson & Co., an employee-owned, full-service investment firm with clients nationwide, today announced that a longtime Sandpoint financial advisor has been named to the executive committee of the Mountain West Bank Board of Directors. Elected to the committee was Tom Gibson, CWS, CPA, senior vice president, financial advisor.

Gibson has been a financial advisor with D.A. Davidson since 1994 after prior work as a certified public accountant. He is a recipient of one of D.A. Davidson’s highest honors, the Ian B. Davidson Cultural Excellence Award, a peer-driven honor that recognizes community involvement, office leadership and an outstanding commitment to clients and service-focused business practices. An active member of the Sandpoint community, Gibson also serves on other boards of directors.

Mountain West Bank, a division of Glacier Bancorp, Inc., is headquartered in Coeur d’Alene.
