An alarm was reported in the 300 block of Olive Avenue at 5:28 a.m.; an officer advised the building was secure.

An officer responded to a report of disturbing the peace on Oak Street at 9:32 a.m.

A case was assigned to cover a civil protection order on N. First Avenue at 10:48 a.m.

A theft was reported on Roberson Way at 11:17 a.m.

A two-vehicle, minor-injury accident was reported in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 11:44 a.m.

A walk-in non-injury collision report was filed after an accident was reported on Sandpoint West Drive at 3:04 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 200 block of S. Fourth Avenue at 7:33 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 400 block of N. Ella Avenue at 8:26 p.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported in the 1700 block of Pine Street at 8:37 p.m.

Nov. 5

Ambrose A. Maioriello, 37, of Sandpoint, was on a charge of driving under the influence after an officer responded to a reported drunken driver in the area of Ruth Avenue and Fir Street at 1:40 a.m.

After a drunken driving investigation in the area of First Avenue and Bridge Street at 2:14 a.m., the driver was released without charges.

Nov. 4

An officer responded to a 911 call in the 30400 block of Highway 200 at 2:43 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 9:19 p.m.

An officer took a report of suspicious circumstances in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 10:30 p.m.
