Dale Arnold Waggoner, 85, of Cocolalla, Idaho, passed away on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, in the hospital in Post Falls, Idaho.

Dale worked as an electrician throughout his life and was an honorably discharged veteran from the U.S. Air Force.
