Kinderhaven would like to acknowledge the Idaho Community Foundation for its continued support of the many non-profit organizations here in Bonner County.

We have enjoyed a long relationship with this amazing entity that encourages charitable gifts from many donors. ICF subsequently invests those funds to grow additional resources over time to the benefit of Idaho. This allows ICF to then make grants available to non-profits around the state. Total grants for last year totaled $14.8 million, and of that, Bonner County received the most of any northern county with over $325,000 in total grants!

Recently, Kinderhaven was the recipient of one such donation from the estate of Mary Zindler. We are beyond grateful for that donation and the hard work of the ICF Board of Directors and their committees who helped to make this generous gift a reality. Kinderhaven is honored to partner with a foundation that truly is making the Gem State a wonderful place to work and live!
