Francis S. Clark, 44, of Priest River, was arrested at 7:06 a.m. on High Street in Priest River on charges of a reckless driving and resisting and obstructing, and on a misdemeanor warrant.

Report of an alarm on Sunrise Lane in Nordman at 7:39 a.m.

Report of an animal problem in the 200 block of Barnhart Road in Careywood at 8:05 a.m.

A child was reported walking around on there 482000 block of Highway 95 at 9:21 a.m.

An accidental 911 call was reported on the 100 block of Meadowlark Drive in Sagle at 9:53 a.m.

Request for follow up in the 6000 block of Upper Pack River Road at 9:29 a.m.

Report of a non-injury traffic collision in the 469000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 12:18 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 300 block of Canoe Point Road in Coolin at 12:17 p.m.

Daniel Sullivan, 27, of Priest River, was arrested in the area of Highway 2 and N. State Avenue in Oldtown at 1:49 p.m. on three misdemeanor warrants.

Dean J. Humphrey was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on Fourth Avenue in Kootenai an outstanding warrant out of Orofino and on a charge of possession of stolen property.

Report of a burglary in the 26600 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 1:49 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver on Highway 2 near Wrenco Loop Road at 1:49 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Highway 95 in Sagle at 2:23 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 99 block of East Evergreen Road in Sagle at 7:53 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on E. Valley Street S. in Oldtown at 8:03 p.m.

Margery Wietzke, 32, was arrested on Hawkins Road in Sagle at 9:39 p.m. on a charge of misdemeanor domestic battery.

Report of an agency assist in the 1000 block of Triangle Drive in Ponderay at 12:26 a.m.

Jack Campbell was arrested following a traffic stop in the pre-100 block of Industrial Park Avenue in Spirit Lake on a charge of possession of methamphetamine at 1:08 a.m.; Mark Sebastian was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of methamphetamine; and Christian Moes was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Nov. 10

A 17-year-old Sandpoint female was arrested on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant on N. Boyer Avenue at 9:51 a.m.

Possible fraud/ongoing harassment was reported in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 10:44 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported suspended driver in the area of the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 10:48 a.m.

An officer advised a resident in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue was unhappy with staff after a complaint of harassment at 11:10 a.m.

An IRS scam was reported on Mathison Drive at 12:14 p.m.

A vehicle and camper trailer were tagged for 48-hour removal in the 300 block of Halley Street at 12:39 p.m.

A vehicle in the 200 block of E. Superior Street was tagged for 48-hour removal at 2:38 p.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported on Loman Circle at 8:07 p.m.
