Marie L. Cahill, 98

Marie L. Cahill, 98, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016, in Sagle, Idaho.

Private family services have been held.

Marie was born April 16, 1918, in Bridgeport, Conn., to Michael and Mary Langdon. In the late 1930s, she worked as a professional model and dancer. Her career ended after she was injured in a motorcycle accident. She also worked in Trumbull, Conn., as post mistress for a time.

Marie was married three times, first to James Pimpinello, then John Pistey and last to Eber Cahill. She moved from Connecticut to El Monte, Calif. In 2014, she moved to Sagle, Idaho, to be closer to family. Through-out Marie’s life she enjoyed dancing and she loved animals.

She is survived by her nephew, James Tully of Priest River; and two nieces, Dee Cook of Sagle, and Michele Artman of Santa Clarita, Calif.
