An officer was unable to locate a reportedly reckless driver headed into the city on N. Boyer Avenue at 12:19 p.m.

A found cellphone was returned to its owner on W. Lake Street at 1:59 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the area of Northview Drive at 3:18 p.m.

An officer assisted CPS on a home visit on Euclid Avenue at 2:45 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a reported civil protection order on N. Boyer Road at 2:58 p.m.

Possible fraud was reported in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 3:49 p.m.

Charles S. Williams, 53, of Louisiana,was arrested in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street at 10:51 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Nov. 13

Terrance M. Finnerty, 40, of Cocolalla was arrested at 2:23 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and on outstanding Bonner County warrants in the 476900 block of Highway 95.

An officer took a follow-up report in the 300 block of Triangle Drive at 2:21 p.m.

Officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 476900 block of Highway 95.

Officers responded to a traffic hazard in the 477700 block of Highway 95 at 4:33 p.m.
