A found cellphone was returned to its owner on W. Lake Street at 1:59 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the area of Northview Drive at 3:18 p.m.

An officer assisted CPS on a home visit on Euclid Avenue at 2:45 p.m.

Nov. 13

Terrance M. Finnerty, 40, of Cocolalla was arrested at 2:23 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine and on outstanding Bonner County warrants in the 476900 block of Highway 95.

An officer took a follow-up report in the 300 block of Triangle Drive at 2:21 p.m.

Officers responded to a non-injury accident in the 476900 block of Highway 95.
