Report of two vehicles spinning brodies in a parking lot in the 200 block of S. Division Avenue at 7:50 a.m.

A 13-year-old Sagle male was charged with petit theft for allegedly taking an iPhone and chargers from the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 8:58 a.m.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the 300 block of Creekview Court at 8:40 a.m.

After a welfare check request at 11:28 a.m., an officer was unable to check on a female in the 300 block of Halley Street; no one was home.

A case was assigned at 12:13 p.m. to cover a report of damaged Port-a-Potties at Travers Park last month.

A vehicle was reported entered in the 500 block of Monroe Avenue at 12:23 p.m. and a rifle and other items taken.

A follow-up report was taken on E. Superior Street at 2:23 p.m.

An officer spoke to a juvenile in the 900 block of Cedar Street at 3:01 p.m. at the request of a parent.

Officers were unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up on Fifth Avenue at 3:57 p.m.

An officer contacted both drivers involved in a collision in the 300 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 5:23 p.m.; no visible damage was noted.

Officers were unable to locate two males going through vehicles in the 1300 block of Pine Street at 5:37 p.m.

After a report of a male yelling and pounding on doors in the 1400 block of W. Lake Street at 6:19 p.m., a friend was contacted, who picked up the male and took him home.

An officer answered the questions of a citizen on N. Lincoln Avenue via telephone at 7 p.m.

A dog owner in the 600 block of N. Lincoln Avenue was issued a verbal warning for allowing his dog to bark at 7:12 p.m.

Officers responded to a verbal domestic in the 400 block of Loman Circle at 9:31 p.m.; alcohol was involved and a report will be forwarded to probation.

Tamara L. Lowden, 42, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Woodland Drive and N. Boyer Road at 11:22 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (excessive).

Nov. 15

William G. Shults, 18, and Mariah C. Chaney, 18, of Naples were cited in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 12:22 a.m. on a charge of possession of paraphernalia.
