Nov. 16

Officers contacted two males sleeping in a vehicle in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 6:50 a.m.; they were advised to leave the area.

Officers contacted reportedly suspicious males in the 1600 block of Larch Street at 8:27 a.m.; they were contractors for a cable company.

Report of possible stalking in the 400 block of Fifth Avenue at 9:07 a.m.; the males in the vehicle were contacted and the call was cleared unfounded.

A follow-up report was taken in the 600 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 9:20 a.m.

Officers contacted a male juvenile in the 300 block of S. Florence at 11:48 a.m. who was reported to be out-of-control. He calmed down; nothing physical had occurred.

A hit-and-run occurred in a parking lot in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:33 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported in the 400 block of N. Second Avenue at 2:18 p.m.

An officer checked on a vehicle parked in the alley in the 300 block of Euclid Avenue at 3:58 p.m.; it was not a traffic hazard.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the 300 block of N. Third Avenue at 4:09 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported suspicious vehicle in the area of Nicholas Way and Monroe Avenue at 4:50 p.m.

A hit-and-run occurred in a parking lot in the 300 block of S. First Avenue at 5:47 p.m.

An officer checked a residence in the 100 block of S. Division Avenue at 9:03 p.m. for the county; no one was home.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the 4000 block of N. Boyer Road at 8:49 p.m.
