How is it that the city of Ponderay can take tax dollars to build an infrastructure and then turn around and sell it to Fatbeam? That is using e-rate money (tax dollars); seems like the taxpayer already owns it. This all to build a fiber network that already exists, and that is probably overbuilt. Even Google has stopped placing fiber everywhere.
