—Courtesy photo The Sandpoint Arsenal took second place recently in the 7th/8th grade girls division of the River City Basketball Tournament in Post Falls. In six games over the weekend, the Arsenal swept No. 1 seed Coeur d’Alene Cardinals, but lost in the championship 41-38 to the Post Falls Elite. The Arsenal tournament team was coached by Gary Cessna, Brelynn Converse, and Derick Driggs.
