City Rec adult men's hoops teams forming now

SANDPOINT — Another fun season of adult men’s basketball is here, as Sandpoint Parks and Rec is one again hosting the Men’s Basketball League, with games running from Jan. 15 through mid-March.

The deadline to sign up for the league is Dec. 2, with a minimum of four teams needed to run the league. Roster forms are available online or at the Parks and Rec office, located at 1123 Lake St. in City Hall.

The league will consist of a round robin format. Each team will be responsible to officiate a game that their team is not playing in. Bring your shoes and a good attitude to participate in this league.

The league has a $225 fee per team. All fees are due in full and rosters must be completed and turned in by the Captains’ Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, Dec. 8 in the City Hall Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m.
