—Courtesy photo Students from Cabinet Mountain Cooperative School in Sandpoint took the Daily Bee on a recent week-long trip to the San Juan Islands in Washington. The students experienced life in a monastery on Shaw Island. The students also enjoyed exploring Friday Harbor and learning about the whales, seals and porpoises that inhabit the Salish Sea.
