Nov. 22

A stop arm violation in the area of N. Boyer and Schweitzer Cutoff roads was reported to the police department at 6:14 a.m.

An officer contacted a citizen by phone, who received third-hand reports of possible threats on N. Third Avenue at 10:01 a.m.

A windshield was reported broken out in the 1100 block of Honeysuckle Avenue at 10:06 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Fourth Avenue at 10:51 a.m.

A two-vehicle, non-injury collision occurred in the 700 block of Pine Street at 11:01 a.m.

The railroad was contacted regarding a train blocking an intersection in the area of Baldy Mountain Road and N. Boyer Avenue for an extended period of time at 12:16 p.m. The train was experiencing mechanical difficulties.

An officer checked on a male at his residence in the 1200 block of Cedar Street at 12:03 p.m. and was given resource information.

Accidental alarm activation in the 1500 block of Highway 2 at 1:28 p.m.

After a complaint of disturbing the peace, a male had already turned down the music inside his vehicle, when the officer arrived in the 1300 block of Forsythia Avenue at 2:39 p.m.

A fence was reported damaged in the 1200 block of Forsythia Avenue at 2:40 p.m.

A family offense was reported in the 700 block of N. Florence Avenue at 3:49 p.m.; officers took a report for the prosecutor.

An officer was canceled when he arrived in the 300 block of Church Street after a request for assistance at 3:57 p.m.; the problem was resolved.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Church Street at 4:10 p.m.

Railroad ties were reported taken from a residence in the 800 block of Washington Avenue at 4:31 p.m.

Unfounded report of a possible drunken driver in the Pine Street area at 4:21 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver southbound in the area of Highway 95 and Bridge Street at 4:35 p.m.

Officers checked on a disabled vehicle in the 400 block of Cedar Street at 5:57 p.m. The owner was waiting for a tow.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver in the area of Highway 2 and Westwood Drive at 6:46 p.m.

A physical altercation between ex-roommates was reported in the 1200 block of Forsythia Avenue at 8:40 p.m.; a report will be sent to the prosecuting attorney for review of charges.

Officers contacted a male burning items outside his residence in the 700 block of N. Florence Avenue at 8:52 p.m. He was advised to put the fire out.

Officers responded to the 400 block of Loman Circle at 10:48 p.m. and contacted both halves of a family offense; they advised nothing physical occurred, and they cleared the scene.

An informational report was filed in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 3:14 a.m.

A vehicle in the 400 block of Cedar Street was tagged for 48-hour removal at 3:20 a.m.

An officer took a report of a past traffic collision that happened at Highway 95 on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:23 a.m.

An officer assisted Bonner County Sheriff’s deputies on Highway 200 in Hope at 2:45 p.m.

An officer responded to a private property collision in the 477100 block of Highway 95 at 2:53 p.m.

An officer responded to the area of Dustarr Lane in reference to a unoccupied vehicle with keys left on the ground near it at 3:21 p.m.

An officer took a report of a private property collision that took place in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 3:27 p.m.

Suspicious circumstances were reported in the area of Summit Boulevard and Second Street at 10:55 a.m.

An alarm was reported on Larch Street at 12:12 p.m.

An officer advised cats had tripped the alarm after a report at 5:49 p.m. on Tenth Avenue.
