Sept. 27
A single vehicle left the roadway in the 1900 block of Pine Street at 6:41 a.m. and struck the support cables on a power pole; no injuries were reported.
Derek S Ross, 33, of Clark Fork, was arrested on a Bonner County warrant in the area of Michigan Street and St. Clair Avenue at 7:52 a.m.
An officer was unable to contact a citizen in the 1500 block after a request for assistance at 10:16 a.m.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Lincoln Avenue at 11:16 a.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Forest Avenue at 12:27 p.m.
Tyshawn M Mitchell, 20, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. in the area of Highway 95 and Tibbetts Lane on a Bonner County warrant.
Report of a drug investigation in the Sandpoint area at 3:16 p.m.
The traffic signal was functioning normally when the officer arrived after a complaint of a traffic hazard in the are of Fifth and Larch at 3:23 p.m.
Accidental 911 activation was reported on Halley Street at 3:34 p.m.
A motorhome on railroad property in the 2000 block of Great Northern Road was tagged for 48-hour removal at 4:39 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate a reportedly reckless driver in the area of Euclid Avenue and Lakeview Boulevard at 4:55 p.m.
An adult male and female were issued verbal warnings for shoplifting in the 600 block of Larch Street at 5 p.m.; and Mary R. Jones, 51, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a Bonner County warrant at the same time and location.
A train, which had been blocking the roadway in the N. Division Avenue area was gone when the officer arrived at 5:23 p.m.
Shannon A. Moore, 19, of Spokane Valley, was on a charge of petit theft in the 600 block of Larch Street at 6:20 p.m.
An officer located a female juvenile while en route to her residence on Euclid Avenue to file a runaway report at 6:50 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Baldy Mountain Road at 7:22 p.m.
An officer contacted a citizen at Bonner General Health at 7:28 p.m. in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue who was unhappy that he had to wait for treatment.
A vehicle driving with no lights in the 467000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle was located in Sandpoint at 7:58 p.m. and contacted by an officer; the driver was determined to be very elderly, not intoxicated.
A 15-year-old Spokane Valley female was arrested on a charge of petit theft in the 600 block of Larch Street at 8:55 p.m.
A suspicious vehicle was later located in the Forsythia Avenue area at 9:16 p.m.
Madison V. Frey, 20, of Winters, Calif., was cited in the area of Sequoia Street and Kinnikinnick Avenue at 9:47 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges. She and her passengers were also issued verbal warnings for having no peddler’s licenses, as they were selling vacuums door-to-door.
James P Richards, 31, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a charge of petit theft in the 600 block of Larch Street at 11:57 p.m.
