Mary (Peggy) D. Lindsey, 78

Mary (Peggy) D. Lindsey, 78 of Menifee, Calif., died unexpectedly on Monday, Sept. 26, 2016, surrounded by her family in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

She was visiting her daughter and son-in-law, Jay and Tracy Free in Sagle, Idaho, for an extended visit.

She was born in Jay, Fla., on May 5, 1938. She married Jimmie E. Lindsey in 1956 (50 years) and together they had four children, Mari (Terry) Moffitt of Port Orchard, Wash., Tracy (Jay) Free of Sagle, Jimmie (Amy) Lindsey of Vista, Calif., and Amy (Warren) Wor-cester of Menifee. She had five grandchildren and one great-grandson, all of whom she loved with all her heart, JR (Ashley and Wyatt)) Worcester, Wesley (Stephanie) Free, Kimberly Free, Christopher Worcester, and Terry Moffitt.

She loved her family so much. She was the kindest, gentlest person one would ever meet.

We are all going to miss her so incredibly much.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Lindsey; her parents, Lawrence and Ida Mildred Daugette; and her most cherished sister, Boots Sexton.

There will be a service in southern California at 11 a.m. on Oct. 22, 2016, at Menifee Hills Bible Church, 33220 Sweetwater Canyon Road, Menifee, CA 92584; followed by a reception at the home of Warren and Amy Worcester, 33805 Sweetwater Canyon Road, Menifee, CA 92584.
