Report of fraud in the 400 block of Mogul Hill Road at 10:45 a.m.

A theft was reported on Highway 41 in Oldtown at 10:49 a.m.

Report of a suspicious person in the pre-100 block of Sagle Road at 11:16 a.m.

Dustin Solt, 25, of Bonners Ferry was arrested in the area of Highway 95 and Samuels Road at 11:16 p.m. on a charge of possession of a controlled substance; and Thomas Bennett, 18, was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

A call was transferred to the county from the N. Third Avenue area at 8:13 a.m.

An agency assist was reported in the 500 block of Third Avenue at 8:13 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a wanted subject in the 300 block of Cedar Street at 8:29 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on N. Third Avenue at 9:30 a.m.

A vehicle window was broken out in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 11:33 a.m.

A male reported loitering in the 1100 block of Airport Way at 5:22 p.m. was waiting for a taxi.

A pet owner in the area of N. Division Avenue and Chestnut Street was issued a verbal warning at 4:18 p.m. after a barking dog complaint.

An alarm was reported in the 500 block of Oak Street at 6:06 p.m.; nothing was found.

Officers and EMS were called for an adult male in the 1100 block of Hickory Street at 7:41 p.m.

A Sandpoint K-9 officer assisted the county on a traffic stop in the sea of Highway 95 and Samuels Road at 11:16 p.m.

Nothing out of the ordinary was found in the 1100 block of Alder Street after a complaint of suspicious circumstances at 11:55 p.m.
