Kyle McCollum, 24, of Priest River was cited at 2:44 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges and warned on a charge of possession of paraphernalia in the area of Highway 95 and Lakeshore Drive.

Officers were unable to locate a female who appeared to be intoxicated after a welfare check request in the 500 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 10:55 a.m.
Officers checked on a female in the 400 block after a welfare check request at 11:31 a.m.; she declined treatment by EMS and was trespassed from the business.
A reported shoplifting incident in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 12:11 p.m. was cleared as unfounded.
An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 500 block of N. Lincoln Avenue at 1:04 p.m.
No injuries were reported after a vehicle-versus-bicycle accident at 2:06 p.m. in the area of Oak Street and N. Fourth Avenue.
