Separate sealed BIDS for the Bonner County Fiber Optic System will be received by Bonner County, Idaho until 10:30 AM local time Thursday, September 15, 2016. This sole source procurement is in accordance with Idaho Code \u00DF 67-2808(2), and approved by the Board of Bonner County Commissioners on the 30th day of August, 2016. The reason for the sole source procurement from ThyssenKrupp Elevator is that they are the manufacturer of the elevator at the Prosecutor's office; they have knowledge of previous history servicing this elevator; and this company fully meets Bonner County's needs.
