An officer assisted fire personnel on a call in the 100 block of First Avenue at 7:14 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Oak Street at 9:48 a.m.

A driver left the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 11:43 a.m. without paying for his gas.

Officers were unable to locate a male trespassing in the 200 block of Church Street at 4:51 p.m.

Broken glass was reported in the 600 block of Alder Street at 6:25 p.m.

An officer advised that a vehicle in the 1200 block of Cedar Street was repossessed at 7:18 p.m.

Officers were unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Hickory Street area at 9:17 p.m.

An officer advised a reported vehicle theft on Cedar Street was unfounded at 10:03 p.m.

Aug. 29

Medical was called for a resident who dialed 911 in the 1100 block of Division Avenue at 1:02 a.m.

An officer located two males behind a business downtown on Main Street at 4:02 a.m.; the juvenile was released to his parent.

Aug. 28

Officers responded to a harassment call in the 400 block of Triangle Drive at 1:02 p.m.

Officers responded to a report of a reckless driver in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 3:44 p.m.

Officers responded to a suspicious persons in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 6:04 p.m.

A 911 hang-up was reported on Kootenai Cutoff Road at 8:54 p.m.

Trista L. Skotland, 46, of Sandpoint was arrested on charges of possession of paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine in the 600 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 9:46 p.m.
