Marrow donor registry drive set

SANDPOINT — Bonner General Health is hosting a marrow donor registry drive this weekend.

The drive, which is free to those ages 18 to 44, will be held Saturday, Sept. 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the BGH Health Services Building, Suite 101, 423 N. Third Ave.

Saving a life through marrow donation is now easier than ever, and joining the Be The Match Registry takes just a cheek swab and a few minutes of time. Drive organizers ask those interested to give others a lifesaving option and join the registry.

If you can’t make it Saturday, join the Be The Match Registry online at Join.BeTheMatch.org/Bonner. A cheek swab kit will be mailed to you to complete at home after you register online.
