Suspicious circumstances were reported on Highway 57 at 1:49 p.m.
After a portable toilet was tipped over in the area of W. Jackson and Third Street at 3:25 p.m., an officer lifted it back into place and advised there was no signs of damage or leaking bodily fluids.
An officer responded to an unspecified traffic violation in the area of Tenth and W. Jefferson at 5:16 p.m.
