SECTION 1 repeals Sandpoint City Code Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 6; SECTION 2 adopts a new Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 6; SECTION 3 provides for severability; SECTION 4 provides for repeal of conflicting provisions; and SECTION 5 provides for publication and an effective date.
