SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 1333 Noise AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, REPEALING SANDPOINT CITY CODE TITLE 5, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 6, LOUDSPEAKERS AND AMPLIFIED SOUND, AND REPLACING WITH SANDPOINT CITY CODE TITLE 5, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 6, NOISE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING SECTIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1 repeals Sandpoint City Code Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 6; SECTION 2 adopts a new Title 5, Chapter 2, Section 6; SECTION 3 provides for severability; SECTION 4 provides for repeal of conflicting provisions; and SECTION 5 provides for publication and an effective date.
