An officer contacted a resident in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 8:01 a.m. regarding a mental health call.
Richard N. Denbo, 33, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the area of Division Avenue and Larch Street at 8:29 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges (second offense) and on a Bonner County warrant.
Children playing with the phone dialed 911 from the Samuelson Avenue area at 10:10 a.m.
Fraudulent use of a financial transaction card was reported in the 1900 block of Pine Street at 10:34 a.m.
A caller on 911 hung up the phone when the situation in the area of N. Boyer and Main Street resolved itself at 11:11 a.m.
