SANDPOINT — A third-generation Sandpoint native, Nancy Andrews has practiced aesthetic artistry for over 36 years.

A nationally certified injector and licensed registered nurse, Andrews’ journey in medicine includes years as a flight nurse and director of nursing at the Sandpoint Surgery Center.

During that time, she became the proud creator of Signature Aesthetics, an exclusive medical skincare and aesthetic treatment center with locations in Sandpoint and Coeur d’Alene.

In 2011, Andrews partnered with physician Dr. Brian Snyders, doctor of osteopathic medicine at Prairie Family Medicine.

This Coeur d’Alene-based partnership allows Signature Aesthetics to incorporated direct access to a physician while offering medical skincare services in a professional setting. The response has been extraordinary, Andrews said.

By 2014, Andrews said the need to expand services to her hometown of Sandpoint became evident and, in the fall of 2014, Signature Aesthetics opened its doors in downtown Sandpoint.

The elegant waterfront suite is conveniently located in the lower level of the Sandcreek Plaza, 212 N. First Ave., she said.

Andrews’ depth of experience and skill developed allows her to specialize in medically necessary procedures such as precancerous skin lesion removal, scar revision and acne management, in conjunction with the medical aesthetic skincare aspect of Signature Aesthetics.
