A suspicious call was reported on Mountain View Drive at 12:33 a.m.

Report of an animal problem in the 1000 block of W. Spring Creek Road in Hope at 1:06 p.m.

After a report of a pedestrian walking in the middle of the Long Bridge at 4:07 a.m., Troy Lee Schoiack, 55, was arrested on a charge of public intoxication.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Sept. 13

A parking violation was reported on Oak Street at 8:12 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on N. Division Avenue at 8:07 a.m.

A parking violation was reported on Halley Street at 8:28 a.m.

An officer contacted the owner of a vehicle in the 1500 block of Poplar regarding a noise complaint at 9:03 a.m.

A vehicle was tagged for 48-hour removal/abandoned in the 700 block Hickory Street at 8:39 a.m.

An officer answered traffic questions regarding private property in the 1400 block of Boyer Avenue at 9 a.m.

A disorderly male was reported in the 200 block of Richland Avenue at 11:02 a.m.

Request for extra patrol in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street due to transient problems at 11:35 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on N. Fourth Avenue at 12:11 p.m.

A welfare check was requested on an elderly person in the 600 block Main Street at 1:44 p.m.

Report of an unruly student in the 300 block S. Division Avenue at 2:01 p.m.

A welfare check was requested in the area of Highway 2 and S. Division Avenue at 2:47 p.m.

Unfounded 911 hang-up was reported on S. Lincoln Avenue t 3:34 p.m.

A reported violation of a no-contact order in the 4000 block N. Boyer Road was determined to be unfounded at 4:32 p.m.

An officer advised that it was the same as a previously reported case regarding a possible sex offense on N. Fourth Avenue at 6:09 p.m.

Welfare check was requested on two juveniles in the 1400 block Cedar Street at 8:54 p.m.; upon contact, their guardian was called and came to pick them up.

Officer responded to an information in the 30100 block of Highway 200 at 9 p.m.

Report of an intoxicated person in the 500 block of Third Avenue at 9:55 p.m.

Sept. 13

An officer responded to a theft in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 12:24 p.m.

James R. Liggett, 43, of Ponderay was arrested on a charge of intoxicated pedestrian on the highway in the 30800 block of Highway 200 at 4:53 p.m.

An officer responded to an information at Eastgate and Highway 200 at 9:02 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of a family offense in the 300 block of N. Kootenai Road at 9:49 p.m.
