—Courtesy photo The Sandpoint freshman girls accomplished the almost-unheard of feat of winning the annual Powderpuff Homecoming football game last week at Barlow Stadium. Usually fodder for the upper class, this year’s freshman team upset the seniors 12-0 in the first game. The Junior girls beat the sophomores in the other game. In the championship, the freshman team, riding the rocket arm and quick legs of Brooklyn Steiger, scored a 6-0 upset over the juniors to win the title.
