Todd M. Wilson, 43, was arrested in the 2200 block of Talache Road in Sagle at 11:58 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Mark Schwartzenberger, 60, of Oldtown, was cited on a charge of driving without privileges in the area of Highway 41 and East Fourth Street South in Oldtown at 12:47 p.m.

Deputies assisted Sandpoint Police on N. Ella Avenue at 1:57 p.m.

Report of a citizen assist in the 400 block of Muskrat Lake Road in Sagle at 2:47 p.m.

Mark Jacobson of Sandpoint was arrested on Woodland Drive on a charge of driving under the influence proceeding a crash investigation at 1:14 a.m.

Report of an alarm in the 400 block of S Marian Avenue in Oldtown at 4:14 a.m.

Report of suspicious activity in the 1000 block of Mud Gulch Road in Priest River at 4:33 a.m.
