NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE On the 4th day of November, 2016 at the hour of 10:00 A.M. recognized local time, in the lobby of First American Title Co., which is located at 419 North Second Avenue, Sandpoint, County of Bonner, State of Idaho, CHARLES V. 2016 Bonner County Sheriff's Office and Jail Roof Replacement Bonner County, Idaho NOTICE OF ADVERTISMENT FOR BIDS - Sealed Bids will be received by Bonner County at the office of the Bonner County Commissioners at 1500 Hwy. 2, Ste. 308, Sandpoint, ID 83864 on or before the 3rd day of October, 2016 until the hour of 1:00 p.m. for the Sheriff's Office and Jail Roof Replacement Project. The project generally consists of the following: Bids for labor and materials for the installation of a 30 year warranted low slope steel roof system and standing seam roof system on the roof area known as the Bonner County Sheriff's Office, Bonner County Jail and the Penthouse Roof are requested. Bids will be opened in the office of the Bonner County Commissioners on October 3, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. All interested individuals are welcome to attend.
