Sept. 18

An officer was unable to locate a reported abandoned bike in the area of the boat launch on Ontario Street at 9:42 a.m.

Officers responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the 600 block of Division Avenue at 11:46 a.m.

Jake M Sullivan, 19, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 300 block of Olive Avenue at 12:02 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery.

An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 300 block of Lavina Avenue at 12:22 p.m.

A 11-year-old Sandpoint male was released to a relative in the 600 block of Larch Street after a reported shoplifting incident at 1:02 p.m.; he was trespassed from the business and civilly charged

Follow-up on a fraud case was reported on Fifth Avenue at 2:33 p.m.

A cellphone was reported taken from the 200 block of First Avenue at 8:09 p.m.

Unfounded threats were reported in the 600 block of Division Avenue at 9:38 p.m.

Charges are pending regarding a shoplifting incident in the 600 block of Larch Street at 9:58 p.m.

A 26-year-old Sandpoint male was taken on a detox hold in the 200 block of First Avenue at 12:20 a.m.
