Sept. 19
Cody M. Donahoe, 23, of Sandpoint was arrested on two misdemeanor Bonner County warrants in the area of Cedar Street and Monroe Avenue at 8:13 a.m.
An officer contacted two females on Church Street at 9:32 a.m. who were stranded in Sandpoint after missing their stop on the Amtrak.
An attempted phone scam was reported in the 1000 block of Ridley Village Road at 10:16 a.m.
An attempted phone scam was reported in the 1500 block of Autumn Lane at 11:03 a.m.
Monica A. Mathias, 26, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine in the area of N. Division Avenue and Main Street at 11:38 a.m.
An officer in the Lake Street area answered a citizen’s questions at 12:55 p.m. regarding child custody.
An officer unlocked a vehicle with a child locked inside in the 200 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:10 p.m.
An officer located the owner of cattle wandering in the 4200 block of Burns Court at 1:19 p.m.
A Sandpoint K9 officer assisted the county on a traffic stop in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Pine Street at 1:38 p.m.
Information in the 100 block of S. Lincoln Avenue was relayed to law enforcement at 2 p.m.
A Sandpoint K9 officer assisted the county on a traffic stop on Fifth Avenue at 1:56 p.m.
Officers checked on an adult female in the 2200 block of Pine Street after a welfare check request at 2:10 p.m.; she was fine.
Family members causing problems in the 1300 block of Fir Street were already gone when the officer arrived at 4:09 p.m.; nothing physical occurred.
At 5:02 p.m., an officer was unable to contact a citizen in the 1200 block of Hickory Street, who wanted to report an adult female as missing.
Information was relayed to law enforcement on S. Florence Avenue at 5:22 p.m.
A reportedly reckless driver was located in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue after a complaint at 6:45 p.m.; he was not impaired and was given a verbal warning.
A Sandpoint officer assisted Ponderay Police on a call in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 7:27 p.m.
Ongoing unfounded controlled substance reports from a delusional citizen in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue at 11:44 p.m.

Officer responded to found property located in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 4:35 p.m.
Kodie M. Wininger, 22, of Spokane, Wash., was arrested in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 7:27 p.m. on charges of burglary and possession of heroin; Laura A. Turner, 39, of Spokane was arrested at the same time and location on charges of burglary and possession of methamphetamine; and Theodor J. Lueker, 50, of Spokane was arrested at the same time and location on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.
