SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 1334 Disturbing the Peace AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANDPOINT, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, AMENDING SANDPOINT CITY CODE TITLE 5, CHAPTER 4, SECTION 11, DISTURBING THE PEACE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING SECTIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. SECTION 1 amends Chapter 4 of Title 5, Sandpoint City Code by deleting the contents of Section 11 but reserving this section number for use at a later date; SECTION 2, provides for severability; SECTION 3 provides for repeal of conflicting provisions; SECTION 4 provides for publication and an effective date. ORDINANCE NO. 145___ CITY OF DOVER, IDAHO AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF DOVER, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2016, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,348,050 TO DEFRAY THE PROPER EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF DOVER, IDAHO, FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 50-1003, IDAHO CODE, AUTHORIZING SUFFICIENT TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SAID APPROPRIATION IS MADE; PROVIDING FOR A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO BE FILED WITH THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE; AND PROVIDING FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Dover, Bonner County, Idaho: SECTION 1: The sum of $1,348,050 be, and the same appropriated to defray the necessary and proper expenses and liabilities of the City of Dover, Bonner County, Idaho for the fiscal year beginning the 1st October 2016.
