An officer assisted ISP with a prisoner in the 500 block of N. Third Avenue at 8:46 a.m.

A 16-year-old female student on S. Division Avenue was found in possession of marijuana on school grounds and taken to juvenile detention and charged with possession of a controlled substance. A 16-year-old male was also taken into custody on probation violation at the same time and location.

An officer expounded to a report of vandalism on Pine Street at 8:58 a.m.

Report of a found bike behind McDuff’s Beer Hall on Cedar Street at 9:32 a.m.; an officer was advised it has been there for a couple of weeks.
