PONDERAY — Pizza Hut is set to open its newly remodeled Ponderay location for business on Saturday. The restaurant underwent extensive exterior and interior renovations; everything from the kitchen to the dining room has been upgraded.

The dining room has a new modern look and feel, and Pizza Hut has added several contemporary upgrades, including a 60-inch TV for customers to watch all of their favorite teams on Game Day. The new restaurant offers the same Pizza Hut menu, but has added draft beer and a new salad bar.

“We are proud to open this exciting new restaurant in Ponderay,” said Joe Kerns, director of operations. “We’ve been in business here for a long time, and wanted to bring an updated experience to the community.”

Pizza Hut invites the local community to celebrate ITS grand re-opening on Friday, Oct. 7. Stop by Pizza Hut anytime on Oct. 7 to enter to win free pizza for an entire year. Pizza Hut will also be giving away free breadsticks with every order, and will have door prizes for guests who want to attend a noon ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce at the restaurant.

The restaurant is part of Spokane Valley Pizza, LLC; a locally owned and operated franchise of Pizza Hut, LLC.
