Ruth Cecelia Spracklen, 70, passed away Sunday, March 26, 2017, in Sandpoint, Idaho. Visitation for friends and family will be held from 2-5 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, at Lakeview Funeral Home. Services will be at 1 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, 2017, at the Lakeview Funeral Home.
