Devon Brown, 30, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 1000 block of Larch Street at 9:17 p.m. on a charge of domestic battery; and Karl Hyder, 24, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 600 block of Larch Street at the same time on a charge of providing false information.

Deputies responded to a reported family offense on Larch Street in Priest River at 9:59 p.m.

Patricia Norton, 60, of Oldtown, was cited at 11:42 p.m. on Highway 41 in Oldtown on a charge of failure to purchase a driver’s license.

Extra patrol requested for suspicious vehicles reported in the 1800 block of Larch Street at 6:37 a.m.

An officer witnessed a near accident in the area of S. Third Avenue and W. Superior Street at 7:55 a.m. and stopped the offender driver; citations were issued.

Report of a practice drill at Sandpoint Middle School on S. Division Avenue at 8:43 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on W. Lake Street at 8:48 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Church Street at 8:51 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Samuelson Avenue at 11:49 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on S. Boyer Avenue at 12:42 p.m.

Request for a welfare check in the 1600 block of Larch Street at 2:11 p.m.; the subject was contacted and was fine.

A two-vehicle, non-injury collision was reported in the area of Pine and Division at 2:35 p.m.

An officer checked on a male in the 1300 block of Oak Street after a welfare check request at 3:29 p.m. and advised the individual was fine.

A citizen whose keys were locked inside a vehicle in the 200 block of S. First Avenue was referred to a locksmith at 4:13 p.m.

An officer assisted the county on a warrant arrest in the 1200 block of Oak Street at 4:39 p.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 5:04 p.m.; no injuries were reported.

An officer located one subject involved in a domestic dispute in the county at a residence in the 1100 block of Larch Street at 9:17 p.m. and detained him until the county arrived.

Officers were unable to locate two suspicious males in the area of Hickory Street and N. Ella Avenue at 9:56 p.m.
