controlled substance.

Thomas L. Bramblee, 30, male from Spirit Lake, was cited for trespass on Kelso Clagstone Cutoff Road in Spirit Lake after a railroad problem was reported at 5:45 p.m.

Report of a suspicious vehicle in the 100 block of East Davis Road in Hope at 6:20 p.m.

Report of a traffic hazard in Westmond on Highway 95 at 6:58 p.m.

After a transient male was found sleeping in a hallway in the 100 block of Second Avenue; he was told to move on at 6:30 a.m.

An incident that occurred in the 1000 block of Boyer Avenue was documented at 8:24 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious male reported in the area of the 200 block of Halley Street at 8:46 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported while trying to get an outside line on Pine Street at 8:57 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Madison Avenue at 10:54 a.m.

James E. Keeton, 21, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a Bonner County misdemeanor warrant in the area of Fir and Florence at 11:23 a.m.

Officers contacted a suspicious male in the area. of S. Boyer Avenue and Highway 2 at 11:34 a.m.; he wasn’t breaking any laws, just acting oddly.

A possible civil protection order violation was reported in the 300 block of First Avenue at 11:38 a.m.

Anna K. Rockwell and Jake M. Sullivan, both 19, and Elijah C. Stanifer, 20, all of Sandpoint, were all cited in the 300 block of Olive Avenue at 11:51 a.m. on charges possession of paraphernalia.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Baldy Mountain Road at 1:25 p.m.

Speed patrols were requested when school lets out in the area of N. Division Avenue and Spruce Street after a report of reckless driving at 2:39 p.m.

An officer checked on a female in the 1500 block of Pine Street after a welfare check request at 3:01 p.m.; she was OK.

An officer contacted a citizen in the 1100 block of Church Street at 3:31 p,m. regarding child custody issues.

After a bicycle appeared abandoned in the 4200 block of Samuelson Avenue at 3:54 p.m.; the officer arrived at the same time as the owner.

A young juvenile on Cedar Street called 911 at 5:26 p.m. because he couldn’t see his mom; an officer advised she was just out of his sight.

An alarm was reported in the 900 block of Highway 2 at 5:53 p.m.

A male reported causing problems in the 600 block of Division Avenue at 7:33 p.m. was no longer in the area when the officer arrived.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle reported in the area of the 700 block of Monroe Avenue at 9:09 p.m.

Officers checked on a female in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 11:34 p.m.; she was given a courtesy transport to the Crisis Center in Coeur d’Alene.

An officer was unable to locate any noise in the area of the 800 block of Monroe Avenue at 1:48 a.m. which may have been fireworks.

Wyatt W. Carey, 59, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Fourth and Cedar at 3:24 a.m. on a charge of failure to purchase a driver’s license.

An officer received a call of harassment in the 500 block of Larkspur Street at 6:42 a.m.

An officer responded to a non-injury collision at the intersection of Highway 95 and Fifth Avenue at 7:53 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of theft in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 4:59 p.m.

An officer responded to a welfare check in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 5:37 p.m.

Amber R. Kobluk 30, of Kootenai was cited in the 100 block of Bonner Mall Way at 9:07 p.m. on an invalid driver’s license charge.

A follow-up report was taken in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 8:56 p.m.
