Deputies responded to the 12000 block of W. Pine Street for a traffic accident at 6:37 p.m.

David W. Newbre, 34, of Oldtown, was cited at 7:50 p.m. on Old Priest River Road on a charge of open container of alcohol.

A residential burglary alarm was reported on Samuels Road at 7:57 p.m.

Deputies responded to the Spirit Lake area for a citizen assist at 5:54 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 470000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle for a citizen assistance request at 8:14 p.m.

Deputies responded to the Skamoka Way area for a citizen assist in Hope at 7:56 p.m.

Report of harassment in the 200 block of Saragosa Road in Blanchard at 8:40 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 482000 block of Highway 95 for a reckless vehicle report at 9:28 p.m.

Report of a juvenile problem in the 100 block of Holiday Loop Road in Blanchard at 9:53 p.m.

Deputies responded to the Gun Club Road area in Sagle for a welfare check at 11:02 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 475000 block of Highway 95 for a traffic offense at 11:37 p.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

April 2

The owner of a vehicle left in the 1400 block of N. Boyer Road was contacted at 8:59 a.m. and advised they would move it.

An officer was unable to locate a reportedly reckless driver in the area of Woodland Drive and Samuelson Avenue at 10:57 a.m.

A VIN was verified at the police department on W. Lake Street at 11:38 a.m.

Report of a stolen vehicle reported to be in Sandpoint on Highway 95; an officer advised at 11:33 a.m. that the vehicle was actually sighted in Hayden.

An officer answered a citizen’s questions via telephone in W. Lake Street at 11:48 a.m.

Robert J. Harp, 40, of Clark Fork, was arrested in the area of Third and Main at 12:24 p.m. on charges of possession of meth and felony destruction of evidence.

An officer was unable to locate a suspicious vehicle in the area of 700 block of Monroe Avenue at 3:53 p.m.

A possible no contact order violation was reported in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 5:01 p.m.

Joanna R Holderman, 21, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 6:05 p.m. on a misdemeanor charge of no insurance.

A K9 officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 30000 block of Highway 200 at 7:19 p.m.

Law and EMS personnel checked on a male in the 1400 block of Walnut Street at 9:04 p.m.; he was fine.

Officers were unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call in the Spruce Street area at 9:56 p.m.

A possible weapon offense was reported in the 400 block of S. Third Avenue at 9:58 p.m.; officers advised the victim did not want contact.

No loud noise was heard in the 1100 block of Sixth Avenue when the officer arrived in the area after a complaint at 11:30 p.m.

April 3

Robert J. Stiers, 25, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 800 block of Sandpoint Avenue at 1:35 a.m. on a Bonner County warrant

PONDERAY POLICE

April 2

An officer took a report of trespassing in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 10:56 a.m.

Ryan M. Johnson, 20, of Sagle was cited in the 30000 block of Highway 200 at 7:19 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces), and possession of paraphernalia with the intent to use; and Nicholas W. Voita, 21, of Ponderay was cited at the same time and location on a charge of possession of marijuana (less than 3 ounces).

An officer responded to a welfare check in the 1100 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road at 11:02 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

April 2

A case was assigned to cover a controlled substance incident on Harriet Street at 2:35 p.m.

Report of an animal problem on Church Street at 6:02 p.m.

An officer responded to a reported alcohol offense on Old Priest River Road in Oldtown at 7:50 p.m.

Officers assisted a resident on Main Street at 10:02 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Main Street at 11:10 p.m.
