A community sunrise service will be held on Easter morning at 6 a.m. Sunday at Sandpoint City Beach.

All are invited to gather with worshippers near the picnic shelter at Sandpoint City Beach on Easter morning, April 16 to welcome the sun and celebrate the resurrection of Jesus the Christ with hot, gourmet coffee, music, praise and prayer.

Plan to continue the celebration Monday at 12 p.m. at Lifetree Café in Kokanee Coffee on Fifth Avenue. The topic is “Amazing Grace” and discover how one mother practices forgiveness in the face of personal tragedy.
