Elks league is seeking golfers

SANDPOINT — It’s not too late to sign up for the Thursday Night Golf League at the Elks, which is hoping to tee up the 2017 season opener on Thursday, April 27, weather permitting.

The league still needs golfers to make sure every team is full. The Elks will have a meeting for the popular league on April 20 at 5 p.m. at the Elks golf course. This meeting will go over the rules and regulations of the league, which is now allowing non-Elks members to play.

Golfers do not need a GHIN card, as the league will be doing its own handicap system.

Any and all local golfers are welcome to join in the fun men’s league.
