After a report of a suspicious person at 10:23 a.m., an officer contacted a male in the 1800 block of Larch Street; he was from the cable company.

Officers contacted an irate citizen in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 11:43 a.m.; nothing criminal occurred.

A moose was reported on the loose in the Highway 2 area at 11:57 a.m.

An officer was unable to locate a dog reported to be at large in the 400 block of Loman Circle at 12:16 p.m.

A vehicle in the 300 block of S. Second Avenue was tagged for 48-hour removal at 11:24 a.m.

Officers were called back to the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 12:50 p.m. and assisted the citizen paying his fines.
