ORDINANCE NO. 140 AN ORDINANCE FOR THE CITY OF PONDERAY, BONNER COUNTY IDAHO, TO UPDATE THE CALCULATION OF STREET IMPACT FEES AND ACCEPT AN UPDATED CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN FOR STREETS AS PART OF THE "DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE" TO ALLOW FOR THE COLLECTION OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES FOR STREETS FACILITIES, UPDATING SUCH FEES, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING A SAVINGS CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE HEREOF. Effective Date This Ordinance shall be in full force upon passage and publication as provided by law. and effect 30 days after adoption by City Council.
