(Photo by MARY MALONE) Organized by 7B Drug Free, 18 students from Sandpoint High School and Lake Pend Oreille High School put on a mock “Reality Party” Wednesday evening at the Talus Rock Resort in an effort to effort to educate parents on the current realities of teen parties and open the dialogue between parents and teens about risky behaviors. The “party” included things the kids have seen or heard about from their peers at real Bonner County parties, such as alcohol, drugs, sexual assault and overdose.
