An officer answered a citizen’s questions in the area of Third and Idaho at 9:19 a.m.
Miscellaneous drug paraphernalia was turned in for destruction on Lake Street at 9:49 a.m.
Report of a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the area of Baldy Mountain Road and Division Avenue at 11:16 a.m.
A case was assigned to cover a cold battery report in the 1600 block of Cedar Street at 12:26 p.m.; no charges were pressed.
Officers checked on a juvenile in the 1500 block of Pine Street at 12:44 p.m.
An officer assisted another agency in the 300 block of Division Avenue at 2:08 p.m.

Amy B. Lawrence, 34, of Seattle, was cited on an invalid driver’s license charge in the area of Olive Avenue and Ontario Street at 6:57 p.m.
After a report of an alarm at 8:34 p.m., an officer checked a business in the 1200 block of Washington Avenue; it was secure and no alarms could be heard.

Gurdial S. Dhatt, 31, of Spokane, was cited in the area of Second and Superior at 1:50 a.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana.
