SANDPOINT POLICE
July 23
After a complaint at 11:08 a.m., the owner had already retrieved two dogs tied to a traffic sign when the officer arrived.
An officer was unable to locate a female reported to be under the influence of drugs in the area of N. Boyer Avenue and Larch Street at 12:10 p.m.
An alarm was reported on Washington Avenue at 1:23 p.m.
A reported theft in the 1500 block of Oak Street was determined to be civil in nature at 1:16 p.m.
A reported reckless driver in the area of First and Bridge had already left city limits when officers were advised of the call at 2:44 p.m.
An officer was unable to locate an illegally parked vehicle at City Beach at 3:44 p.m.
After a report of a possible family dispute at 4:08 p.m., an officer contacted residents in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue. They were playing beer pong and had loud music playing. They were asked to keep it down.
